Elaine joined the Norfolk Property Online team in July of this year as a Sales Negotiator. Although originally from Kent, Elaine grew up in Norfolk, and is an accomplished member of our team, with 16 years’ experience in Norfolk estate agency. With varying roles, from Sales Negotiator all the way to managerial roles, she has seen it all! In fact, it’s rumoured that on the back of her hand is a detailed map of every road in Norfolk!
Although Elaine has only been with us for 4 months, it didn’t take long for her to adjust to her new role and become a key member of the NPO team, with her passion for property motivating her to deliver top results. Her job includes varying duties, from arranging and accompanying viewings, to negotiating offers and completing sales. As well as her experience, Elaine brings with her a hardworking ethic, and empathy and understanding from being both a buyer and a vendor herself. When asked about her favourite part of working for Norfolk Property Online, Elaine told me she enjoys the flexibility when putting together packages to suit vendors. She also enjoys working with a highly motivated and passionate team.
When she’s not selling houses, Elaine enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing with a glass of wine. Her favourite time is when both are happening at once!
Fact about Elaine: Elaine sees herself as a bit of an adrenalin junkie as she loves rollercoasters (the faster the better!). She has also completed a bungee jump and has skydived!
